The Power Lift Freestanding Seated Cable Row Machine is a low pulley, space-saving machine that can be wall mounted or bolted to room columns. Multiple machines can be bolted together or to high pulley machines for free standing jungles. This seated cable row machine is perfect for all low pulley exercises. Foot plate assembly folds down for seated rows and then folds up and out of the way for standing low pulls and upright rows. The standard weight stack option (200 lbs.) retails for $3,800.
