This is a very functional unit, in that you can train a number of muscle groups on one unit, in a very limited space. Train back, abs, obliques, hamstrings and glutes.

Hammer Strength ISO lateral incline press. This is my personal favorite of all the Hammer chest units, and it will really blast the mid and upper pecs. This unit has an original OEM gun metal finish, and it looks beautiful. This unit has been cleaned, serviced, and is in excellent condition.

Cybex Linear Counter Balanced Smith Machine
Cybex counter balanced linear smith machine in excellent super clean condition. This specific machine is popular for a few reasons. First, there is no awkward angle. The bar/path is perfectly vertical, which keeps the tension on the muscle that’s being worked and not away from the body. Second, this unit is significantly shorter than most commercial smith machines, making it perfect for low ceilings. Third, the bar goes all the way to the floor, making deadlifts, bent rows etc. possible. With many smith machines, the bar stops just short of the knees.
