This is an original and VERY RARE Nautilus leverage plate loaded seated row and shrug combo machine. This machine was designed by Gary Jones and was the inspiration for what is now Hammer Strength. If you’re not in the know, Gary Jones created and designed Nautilus units also Hammer Strength. This machine is dual purpose and can be transformed from a row machine to a shrug machine by simply flipping the handles completely over. This machine has both wide grip and medium grip handles for both exercises. The large plate horns allow you to pile on tons of weight.
