This is the Flex Fitness version of the Star Trac vertical row. Star Trac acquired Flex Fitness shortly after this model was available. This unit is in stellar condition. This machine is belt driven and extremely smooth. This unit is also fully adjustable. This is by far the best selectorized row I’ve used. The angle is perfect and the isolation ln the lats is second to none. I promise you that this machine will blast your back, lats and promote growth.
