Precor Icarian linear counter balanced smith machine. This is one of my personal, favorite smith machines because it doesn't have any angle or slant. The majority of smith machines these days, have a silly 10 or 15 degree angle and they are horrible. This is a current model Precor, based on the classic Icarian line. Precor Icarian 601 45 degree plate loaded linear leg press. This is a classic, original, beautiful, highly favored and sought after leg press. Built like a tank, with the perfect angle and silky smooth linear bearings, are a few reasons why this is considered one of the best leg presses of all time. This unit has a large foot plate for various foot positions. This leg press also has a smaller footprint than most. This unit has some minor cosmetic wear, is in excellent condition and perfect working order.

This leg press has a 400 lb. stack, is extremely smooth, and is true to weight. The angle is perfect and will blast your entire lower body, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. The Pro 2 line by Life Fitness is by far, my personal favorite and this seems to be the case all around. I like it because they are designed well, built like tanks, are super smooth and still have some of that hardcore factor that is lacking today. In addition to them having the hardcore factor, they are also beautiful, have small footprints and aren’t intimidating to women or the beginning user.
