Cybex plate loaded ISO lateral kneeling leg curl. This is a classic, very sought after and very hard-to-find machine. The kneeling leg curl is a phenomenal machine for the hamstrings, and no other exercise can replicate it. This movement is the equivalent of doing a bicep curl for the hamstrings. By design of the machine, you can’t cheat the movement and tension will go on the targeted muscle. This unit is in great preowned condition and in excellent working order.

Bearings and Pivot Points:
Oversized, linear, re-circulating ball bearings run on case-hardened shafts and are sealed and self aligning. Pivot points and joints feature motor-grade sealed ball bearings, or sleeve bearings, utilizing either oil-impregnated bronze bushings or pre-lubricated nylon bushings. Bolts are grade 5 or above in all applications.

The drink-and-accessory holder features large open, even surfaced area, easily accessible and easy to keep clean.
Pulleys and Cables:
Glass-fiber-reinforced nylon pulleys for durability, with precision motor-grade ball bearing pulleys. Cable consists of 3/16 inch (7"x19") aircraft cable coated with black pressure-extruded nylon to 1/4 inch or 1/8 inch and coated to 3/16 inch. The cables conform to specification MIL-W-83420D-BARE cable only. When used, redirection pulleys route cables close to frame to minimize chance of external interference.
Frame and Finish:
The frame is 11 gauge (.120 in) 2x4" electroweld steel racetrack tubing. Movement arms are made of electroweld steel round tubing. The five-stage material prep/wash process if followed by an electrostatically applied, heat-cured powder coat.

Life Fitness Pro 2 seated leg press in excellent condition. This is a late model unit by Life Fitness. Life Fitness is the industry leader in commercial grade gym equipment. This leg press has a 400 lb. stack, is extremely smooth, and is true to weight. The angle is perfect and will blast your entire lower body, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. The Pro 2 line by Life Fitness is by far, my personal favorite and this seems to be the case all around. I like it because they are designed well, built like tanks, are super smooth and still have some of that hardcore factor that is lacking today. In addition to them having the hardcore factor, they are also beautiful, have small footprints and aren’t intimidating to women or the beginning user.
Cybex Linear Counter Balanced Smith Machine
Cybex counter balanced linear smith machine in excellent super clean condition. This specific machine is popular for a few reasons. First, there is no awkward angle. The bar/path is perfectly vertical, which keeps the tension on the muscle that’s being worked and not away from the body. Second, this unit is significantly shorter than most commercial smith machines, making it perfect for low ceilings. Third, the bar goes all the way to the floor, making deadlifts, bent rows etc. possible. With many smith machines, the bar stops just short of the knees.
