This unit has various grips, which enable you to train different angles of the back. The chest supported row is a very effective exercise for many reasons, two of which are; it’s hard to cheat and forces you to actually use the muscle that you’re trying to train (back). This is also a great unit in that it’s much safer than free weight bent over barbell rows. I love this exercise.
