Original Icarian seated lateral raise. This is the unit for the center deltoids. The machine is extremely smooth, feels so natural and targets that hard to isolate area of the shoulders. This unit is perfect in many situations, such as for warming up, for burning out or just as a main heavy-duty exercise. This machine makes it almost impossible to cheat. Ever watch peoples form when performing this exercise with dumbbells? 9/10, their form is horrible, and they are moving the weight with every muscle except for the one intended to be trained. This exercise is a big staple in my delt routine, and I swear this exercise/machine directly contributes to the round, capped delt look.

Cybex VR standing calf raise with a 300 lb. stack, in very clean condition. The standing calf exercise is a must for the calves. There are two muscles in the calf, the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles. The soleus can only be engaged and trained while legs are in the straight position and the knee is not bent. The only exercise for this to occur is the standing calf. In other words, your calves will never grow properly without performing heavy standing calf raises.
