This machine is a total chest and shoulder machine, that is a staple in every single gym, and should be used in every chest and shoulder routine. The rear delts in general are neglected, and that’s unfortunate, because the rear delts are what completes the round look to the shoulders. In regards to the chest, pressing is not enough. Flys stretch the pecs from another angle, and it’s essential for shape and growth. This machine is a late model and retails for more than $4,500.

This is a spectacular old school extremely well built piece of equipment.
This unit is EXTREMELY RARE. There are only a few in the country that I’m aware of, and boy is it a special machine. The row is by far the best row I’ve used, and I also own one in my personal gym. Not only is the cable fully adjustable up and down, but so is the seat! You can pull from high to low, low to high, mid to low, low to mid and the options go on and on. The 2x lat pulldowns are definitely a bonus. Unit also has multi grip pullup bar. The machine has been cleaned and serviced and functions like new.

Adjustments
Gas-assist ratcheting seat adjustment requires only a lift to release the lever. Bearings and Pivot Points
Oversized, linear, re-circulating ball bearings run on case-hardened shafts and are sealed and self-aligning. Bolts are grade 5 or above in all applications.

Pulleys and Cables
