This leg press has a 400 lb. stack, is extremely smooth, and is true to weight. The angle is perfect and will blast your entire lower body, glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. The Hammer Pro 2 line by Life Fitness is by far, my personal favorite and this seems to be the case all around. I like it because they are designed well, built like tanks, are super smooth and still have some of that hardcore factor that is lacking today. In addition to them having the hardcore factor, they are also beautiful, have small footprints and aren’t intimidating to women or the beginning user.

Cybex counter balanced linear smith machine in excellent super clean condition. This specific machine is popular for a few reasons. First, there is no awkward angle. The bar/path is perfectly vertical, which keeps the tension on the muscle that’s being worked and not away from the body. Second, this unit is significantly shorter than most commercial smith machines, making it perfect for low ceilings. Third, the bar goes all the way to the floor, making deadlifts, bent rows etc. possible. With many smith machines, the bar stops just short of the knees.
