The handles allow you to pull comfortably both under and overhand. This unit will blast your lats like no other machine. Unit has dual 150 lb. stacks (300 lbs. total), is Kevlar belt driven, true to weight (heavy) and is super smooth. Unit is in beautiful condition and perfect working order.

The Cybex seated lateral raise is an excellent machine for the delts; the middle delts specifically. Machine can be used to warm up, as a staple movement or as a finisher, to really burn out the shoulders. This is the exercise that gives the delts the nice, round, cannon ball look.
