Life Fitness Pro Series bicep curl. This is one of the most popular all time great bicep curls. This unit feels very natural and can be used both bilaterally and traditionally. I personally use this machine bilaterally only. The design is perfect in that it puts no tension on the wrist, elbow or forearm. The stretch is felt in the peak of the bicep, and that’s exactly where you want it. The preacher curl is a staple, must do exercise for the biceps.
