Cybex Eagle kneeling lateral raise. This is a late machine and in excellent condition. This machine is very effective for the delts; the middle delts specifically. Machine can be used to warm up, as a staple movement or as a finisher, to really burn out the shoulders. This is the exercise that gives the delts the nice, round, cannon ball look. It’s also very hard to cheat the exercise while using this machine.
