This leg extension, like all Flex units, feels amazing and is built like a tank. This unit is center driven. This is important because with traditional leg curls, the resistance is not even. It’s either heavier on the left or right side, depending on which side the stack is on and the arm of the machine extends. The angle is great, and the range of motion is perfect. This machine is in beautiful condition. This machine is a favorite at Powerhouse Gym in Syosset NYC (The East Coast Mecca) and is featured in many training videos with various IFBB pros.
