Simply lean forward while performing the exercise, and you can really engage your lower pecs. This machine is in excellent condition, is extremely smooth and feels amazing! I use this exact machine at my local gym on both chest and tricep days. Cleaned and serviced.

Weight Plates: 1” solid steel weight plates, rear weight stack shrouds, pulley covers, low friction, self lubricating, weight plate bushings to minimize noise and friction. Magnetic weight pin for easy, secure adjustments. Incremental add on weight system is stored on the frame of each machine. Dual Adjustable Pulley and Single Station machines have dual weight stacks for Iso-lateral movements.

Cybex 0-90 degree adjustable bench. This is the best model of all the Cybex adjustable benches. I personally own one and I love it! This bench is built like a tank, extremely natural feeling and very comfortable. The seat also adjusts which is nice. The bench is in great shape. This model is hard-to-find.
