Both the seat and the starting position of the arms are fully adjustable. This machine is comfortable and will custom fit your body. The range of motion is spot on, the subtle convergence is just enough and it feels very natural. Machine is in excellent condition.

Cybex VR3 platinum chest press. The seated chest press is a must do exercise for the lower, mid and upper chest. The press machine in general, is far safer than performing free weight presses.
